GINGERBOOCH FERMENTABLES
Gingerbooch Fermentables was created by Luke Sirinides, a Northeast Philly native, during the early days of the pandemic.
Gingerbooch specializes in his combo creation of ginger beer and kombucha, along with probiotic lemonade and limeade (made with whey!) and several varieties of lacto-fermented sauerkrauts and kimchi.

Practices: Uses natural lacto fermentation processes for creation of gut-loving probiotics, also uses seasonal and local ingredients when possible.
