HOMESTEAD HARVEST

Homestead Harvest is a small homestead south of Bogalusa run by Todd and Tara Thompson. They produce unfiltered local honey in its natural state, with pollen present. The honey is never heated to temperatures that destroy the pollen or nutrients. 

Homestead Harvest operates a treatment-free apiary using no chemicals and they do not use pesticides anywhere on their property. Strong genetics and natural selection allow the bees to forage in a biologically diverse rural environment.
