Tofu from Tien Dat is made fresh weekly from organic soybeans which are fermented in small batches. Their product is a mild, well balanced extra firm tofu, perfect for curries, roasted, stir fried, soups and more.

Tien Dat is part of the VEGGI Farmers Cooperative, a member-owned and operated farmer’s cooperative based out of New Orleans East, composed of local farmers and fisherfolk dedicated to providing the highest quality local produce and seafood to the Greater New Orleans area. Their mission is to empower growers in the Greater New Orleans area, starting in New Orleans East, in order to create sustainable, high quality jobs that enhance the quality of life of communities through increasing local food access and promotion of sustainable agriculture.
