New Kombucha, More Chicken, Extra Milk, Roots & Salad Greens, Strawberry Flats & More!
What We Have and What’s Expected for the Week of March 24th
Place Your Orders Here!
Leading off this week’s availability round up with new kombucha from La Rive, from our friends at Orleans Coffee!
We’ve got three flavors to start and they are often changing them up and brewing in small batches. So we’re excited to get orders in regularly as the flavors change!
Gingerbooch also did a big delivery last Thursday, so we have more of their signature ginger citrus flavors of kombucha, along with probiotic lemonade and limeade. They also restocked a few of their kimchi flavors.
In other exciting news this week, Pearl River Pastures delivered the first batch of their 2025 chicken and since we are now buying directly from them, the price has dropped without the distributors margin included. So we’re thrilled to pass along that savings to you. Right now we have whole birds, breasts and leg quarters and other cuts from Credo Farms, too, and we’ll continue to source from both of them, along with A&A Acres to make sure the chicken supply doesn’t dwindle too much like it has in past seasons!
We also have plenty of our restocked grassfed beef, but a few of the limited cuts like picanha, bavette, hanger and skirt did sell out already. Restocking even more from backstock, along with pork and goat, on Tuesday afternoon.
We have a few extra gallons of milk on sale from last week and our usual delivery from Feliciana’s Best coming on Tuesday, too.
Compostella is still cranking with spring salad greens, although their Stellar Winter Mix is winding down. We’ll also get more greens and herbs from Cicada Calling Farms on Wednesday this week.
The strawberries continue to be abundant and we should get some half flats in this week, too!
And Bellegarde should be back to delivering this week after a bit of a hiatus. Fresh pasta should be coming in tomorrow from Il Supremo.
And then there’s plenty of mushrooms, hummus and pesto, rice and grits, coffee and tea, stone-milled flour, herbal tinctures, honey, seasonings, jams and jellies, pickles and more.
Store & Hub Schedule/Hours
To give me Wednesday and Thursday with my family visiting, we shifted the hub schedule around a little this week.
