The hens are still up on their egg production, so we’re happy to be starting the week with plenty of eggs and all stocked up on goat milk, cheeses and yogurt from Southern Maids.

Butter is also back from Feliciana’s Best and we’ll get more milk, heavy cream, half & half and chocolate milk on Tuesday by midday as usual. There’s a few chocolate milk pints from last week on sale to start the week, too!

We also have a very cool new tea from Family Fungi. It’s called Sage Energy and it features a few black teas with cordyceps, gingseng, burdock and other herbs for centeredness, focus and stamina.

There’s a plethora of gourmet mushrooms from Screaming Oaks with more bulk oyster mushroom bags coming from Family Fungi later this week.

Arugula and baby mustard are back, so there’s now four types of salad greens from Compostella once again and we’re expecting more collards, kale and Swiss chard from Two Dog Farms on Tuesday. There’s also root veggies, Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes and we’ll get more strawberries in on Tuesday, too.

We’ve got plenty of our pastured pork and wild-foraged goat meat and more limited grassfed beef and pastured chicken, along with lots of Gulf seafood.

Credo Farms even brought more whole chickens (in two sizes), chicken thighs and bone broth on Friday.

There's also hummus, rice and grits, ferments, cold brew and chai concentrate, other herbal teas and tinctures, dried mushrooms, hot sauces, seasonings, jams and jellies and more.
