Peak Summer Produce, Ground Beef, Select Meat Sale, Gulf Seafood, Goat Milk & Cheese & More!

What We Have and What’s Expected for the Week of July 1st

Place Your Orders Here!

We got the first Celeste figs and melons of the season in last week and while we only have cantaloupe in the inventory currently, we are expecting more figs and sugar baby watermelons and possibly Galia melons (a honeydew type) tomorrow, Tuesday.

We also still are fortunate to have blackberries, blueberries and peaches! The berries both will be wrapping up soon, but hopefully peaches will be around for another month or so. Some years we didn't often get them in for the first time until late June or early July. More blackberries will be added on Wednesday for sure.

We also have sweet corn (expect more on Tuesday, too), beautiful cherry and yellow beefsteak tomatoes (expect more heirloom tomatoes Tuesday), rainbow carrots, cucumbers, fairy tale eggplant, purple or yellow snap beans, multiple types of beets and radishes, fennel, a variety of mushrooms, potatoes (Irish red or sweet), butternut squash, onions, garlic and more.

Our grass-finished, dry-aged ground beef is back at long last! There’s plenty of one and two pound packs, as well our Caveman blend, which includes 5 percent each heart and liver in the grind. There’s also beef hamburger or slider size patties and frozen brioche buns from Bellegarde to go with them. More fresh buns will be delivered on Wednesday and Friday.

And we are continuing our summer steak sale and after testing some goat stew meat as kebabs on the grill this weekend, I added those to the sale offerings, too. Other meats on sale are Bacon Ends, Picnic Shoulder Roasts, NY Strip steaks, Teres Major Steaks, Top Sirloin or Sirloin Tip Steaks, Goat Shanks and Goat Rib Racks.

We do have a bunch of shrimp and fish filets, taco strips and red snapper collars, plus a good array of chicken cuts (no whole birds though) or even tempeh or tofu if that's more your speed.

Plus there's goat milk and various cheeses, hummus and pesto, frozen bread and buns, rice and grits, frozen biscuits, oils and vinegars, jams, jellies and pickles, coffee and more.
