More Greens Are Back! Plus Eggs, Stone-Milled Flour, Strawberries & Colorful Veggies, Ferments & More!

What We Have and What’s Expected for the Week of February 24th

Place Your Orders Here!

We're happy that not only have salad greens (arugula, lettuce, spinach and Stellar Winter mix) made their return after the first freeze (and snow), but collard greens and Swiss chard are back, too!

There's also plenty of strawberries, grapefruit, Brussels sprouts, carrots, turnips, radishes and sweet potatoes.

And we’re starting the week with some of our Local Cooling Farms eggs already in stock and we shouldn’t have too much trouble restocking as Grow Dat Youth Farm’s CSA is off this week leading up to Mardi Gras.

Another round of Barton Springs fresh stone-milled flour came in last week, too and I already dove into a batch of All Purpose for my Strawberry Lemonade Bars (on the What’s Cooking blog here.)

There's plenty of Southern Maids goat dairy products (and more fresh Feliciana’s Best products on their way tomorrow as usual), frozen brioche buns and pasta, ferments, jams and jellies, rice and grits, coffee and tea, honey and Maple syrup, tinctures and tonics and lots more!
