Pork Sale, Strawberries, Beaucoup Mushrooms, Popcorn, Broth, Beef Bones & More!

What We Have and What’s Expected for the Week of February 10th

Place Your Orders Here!

We’re heading into the week with lots of good eats for you! While the produce is a little more limited as things continue to recover from the freeze, strawberries and a gorgeous array of gourmet mushrooms continue to be a bright spot, along with lots of pastured, grassfed and wild-caught proteins!

We did another freezer restock on Friday, so ground beef, eye of round roasts and beef bones, goat stew meat, bacon and a few other things are back, plus a continued sale on the most bountiful pork items like Boston butts, picnic shoulders, ribs and smoked hocks (plus pork liver and bones).

We also restocked Credo Farm’s new but already beloved bone broth. No beef broth this time, but plenty of chicken broth and limited trinity broth and there’s a bunch of our beef bones on sale, so you can make your own beef broth!

There’s also beautiful peas (both featured in this week’s What’s Cooking blog), plus grits, cornmeal and farro from Marsh Hen Mill, stone-milled flours from Bellegarde and Barton Springs (and more expected to come in late this week or early next week), popcorn, pecan products, coffee and tea, tinctures and elderberry syrups, honey and maple syrup, ferments, goat cheeses and more.

As usual, Feliciana’s Best dairy products will arrive on Tuesday around midday or so, plus more produce, fresh pasta and more. And fresh Bellegarde bread and buns will be delivered on Wednesday and Friday morning.
