Lots of Pastured & Grassfed Meats, Fresh Greens & Herbs, Approaching the End of Strawberry Season, Goat Dairy & More!
What We Have and What’s Expected for the Week of April 21st
Place Your Orders Here!
We just did another beef, pork and goat meat restock from backup freezer on Thursday, so we are stocked up on our Local Cooling Farms meats to start the week!
There's more ribeye, brisket, tri tip, riblets, pork stir fry, various sausages, Boston butt roasts and lots of goat -- chops, roasts, ribs, shanks and more (Don't forget there's a bulk goat meat bundle now if you want to try all the cuts or stock up for 10% off).
We also have a fair amount of all the various chicken cuts and we expect a delivery from Pearl River Pastures on Thursday, too.
And we have stunningly gorgeous greens, herbs and roots from River Queen Greens and Compostella Farms and we will get a bunch more from River Queen and Cicada Calling Farms in the next two days including escarole, salad radishes, chives, cilantro, dill, scallions, garlic chives, fennel, spinach and kale bunches. We’re expecting more beets and sweet potatoes and possibly a few other things from Two Dog Farms on Wednesday, too.
We have a bunch of strawberries and Faust Farms told us that likely there’s just another week and a half of the season! So get ‘em while we got ‘em. Quarts are the lowest price of the season. There will be a break and the next fruit on deck will be blackberries and blueberries and then melons!
There's a few dozen eggs from A&A Acres, and I’ll try to bring more of ours as we have them. Our new flock comes today and we’re upping our predator defenses, so hopefully the egg production picture continues to improve for us!
We have goat dairy from Southern Maids and more Feliciana’s Best products coming tomorrow as usual, plus frozen bread and buns from Bellegarde, Gulf seafood, seasoned tofu (out of plain), kombucha, veggie ferments, coffee and tea, seasonings and hot sauces, rice and grits, stone-milled flour and lots more.
