November 2024 Doelings Available For Sale

While we’d like to keep all of our doelings, we don’t need a herd quite that big!

All of these doelings were born in November 2024; we have up to 16 available.

We started our herd in 2016 with 16 does bought from another farm. About half were Boer-Kiko crosses and were bred to a Myotonic buck. The other half were triple crosses of those three breeds.

We bred to a pure Myotonic buck for two seasons, bred triple cross bucks the next season, then brought in pure Kiko bucks for the following four seasons and have bred to triple crosses the past two seasons.

All of these does are descended from 8 original does, including one we added later on who is a Saanen Oberhasli cross. Many of those offspring had doelings this year, so there are several five way cross does available.

We do not vaccinate or worm or use any pharmaceuticals on the kids. They have not been separated from their mothers but are ready for weaning. We supplement with alfalfa and soy hull, grass hay and loose minerals, but do need feed grain. Kids have been exposed to high tensile electric fence, electric net fence and electric poly wire since birth.
