PELICAN PRODUCE

Pelican Produce, run by Michelle Posey, grows vegetables and herbs using natural practices on urban lots throughout New Orleans. They consider themselves "do least harm" conventional, meaning they strive to use only organic pest control, but will use something stronger to save a crop.
