She founded Delta Grind in 2000 to offer Mississippi grown corn products that are handcrafted and stoneground in the heart of Mississippi. To ensure consistent quality and authentic taste, Delta Grind’s ingredients are sourced from local farmers and then ground in small batches by stone, which holds more flavor and retains more nutrients. 

A small, family-run business, Delta Grind produces delicious 100% natural corn products, including grits, masa, meal and polenta, which are naturally gluten free and free from the preservatives found in commercial corn products.
