BELLEGARDE BAKERY

Founded by Graison Gill in 2013 and purchased by employees in 2022 as a cooperative, Bellegarde is an artisan bakery, specializing in bread, pasta and pastries made with high quality and carefully sourced ingredients. All of their breads are made entirely by hand, leavened with sourdough and baked in a hearth oven. 

Using fresh stone-milled grains, which preserves the wholesome properties of wheat, combined with traditional baking and leavening techniques, they produce bread, pasta and pastries that are rich in flavor and history. Many people who have gluten sensitivities have no issues with their products because of the whole stone-milled grains used and their slow fermentation process.
